At Hummingbird Counselling, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can pause, catch your breath, and explore whatever’s been weighing on your mind. Life has a habit of throwing obstacles in our way — sometimes the road ahead feels blocked, the climb too steep, or we’re simply not sure which direction to take next. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or just feeling a bit lost, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and a good dose of human kindness. And yes — sometimes a gentle sense of humour helps too (nothing like a well-timed cuppa and a knowing nod when things feel a bit much).
As a pluralistic counsellor, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We’re all different, and what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why we’ll work together to find the way forward that fits you best — drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on what you need, what feels right, and what helps make that next step a little more manageable.
I’m based on Franklin Avenue in Cheshunt, offering in-person sessions in Waltham Cross, East Hertfordshire. I also work online with clients across the UK and beyond — perfect if you’re juggling a busy life, not local, or just prefer the comfort of your own sofa (slippers welcome).
